Have you seen the trailer for this movie? Are you planning on watching it? What are your thoughts on the movie? Was it right for it to be made?

I remember thinking a few days after 9/11 "It's only a matter of time before someone makes a movie out of this" but I didn't think it was going to be this soon.
I probably won't be watching it (mainly just because it's not my type of movie).

I have not seen the trailer and even if I do see it I am not going to watch the movie. Like Ferder it is not my kind of movie either.

I would like to see it. My sister lives 20 minutes from the crash site in PA. We've gone there... it's really sad.

I want to see it... :anxious:

Though it may be "too soon", the United 93 Flight was somewhat an inspiring incident--something people need to see, IMO.

Seems like it will be a pretty good movie. I don't knoe how accurate it will be but it still could be good. I think that I will watch it just because of its significance.

Haven't seen anything about it . . . maybe it will remind people why we are involved in the current things around the world we are.

That just means that it won't be simultaneously released on DVD, TV, etc. Theaters will be the only venue, and April 28 is the release date.

Which is why it bugs me that TV stations won't show the planes hitting the towers on 9/11 anymore. It'd be a good reminder of why we're fighting terrorism to all the people in this country that have gone to thinking that this country is evil b/c of the War on Terror.

One of the two men who led the revolt on the plane to take it back, Tom Burnett, was a graduate of my high school. I'm curious b/c of that, but don't know if I'll watch it or not.

edit-Can we get a link to a trailer that doesn't require Quick Time (which doesn't like my computer)?

Plus Todd Beamer, who was also on there, inspired a DC Talk song... :inlove:

Indeed. Seems like people are sympathizing with the terrorists too often now days...

If the movie was made in an accurate, correct, and respecting manner, I'd like to see it.

Well, the story was approved by the families of the people who were on the plane, but that doesn't automatically make it a good movie.
