The Town of Odyssey

I find myself banned from the ToO chat room, and I'm perplexed as I can't recall any actions that would warrant such a restriction. Could someone please enlighten me on the reason for this ban? I was able to access the room last night and earlier this morning without any issues. The last time I interacted, I simply greeted everyone with a "hi" before logging off. I'm curious to understand the circumstances behind this sudden restriction.
