It'll take lots of elbow grease to bring this field, and this town back to it's former glory. I hope we can live up to the faith you have
in us.

Is that amish potato salad with the egg and sweet relish

Well, an old Appalachian recipe, is what it is. Brought it up here from the mountain-folks.

How many did you bring, Bernard?

I don't believe I have to share the contents of my lunch menu with you. :noway: I only brought 5. But, I wasn't planning on sharing when I packed it. I also still haven't decided how many I wanna keep. I'm pretty hungry. Gotta keep my figure ya know.

Ah, I see. Well, if you're that committed to your figure, go ahead I guess...

*walks over and grabs a cooler out of his car*

I've held off telling folks this cause I wanted them to last. But, I brought a couple of my butterfinger pies. Apparently, folks like them.

Hi everyone, I heard you all were going to be doing some work this week so I decided I would bring you some of my fresh brownies. I hope you enjoy them.

Hey Whit, will you say grace?

I'd be honored.

Father, thank you for all our friends who have come here to clean up this corner of town. I pray Father that you'd bless their efforts and also give us a good time of fellowship as well. Bless the food and the hands that prepared it.

In Jesus' Name,
Amen

Hey everyone! Sorry we’re a little late; I had a hard time pulling Eugene away from his electronic devices. *clears throat* I brought some hamburgers and lemonade if anyone’s hungry!

Lemonade! That's perfect. I hear it cures chronic procrastinitus.

*grabs a glass*

I'm parched.

Defragmenting Mr. Walton. It means to reduce the fragmentation of a file by concatenating parts stored in separate locations on a disk. Come to think of it, that sounds like something @bookworm would be into.

Well, the lemonade is wonderful, Katrina. So, what was wrong with the hard drive?

Oh, nothing was wrong, it was routine maintenance to ensure it continued to operate with utmost efficiency. As I have said before, you have to treat a computer with care and kindness. They're delicate creatures who must be maintained with respect. Now that I think of it, that sentiment can similarly be applied to the care that should be given to maintaining the condition of nature's landscapes such as this field.
