In recent years, the birthday committe has been silent. In an effort to continue to make this an enjoyable place for everyone, I would like to see people recognized for their birthdays. As such, we have decided to have open sign ups for the birthday committee. As a member of said committee, you would be responsible for making sure folks are recognized on their special day. Be that via a PM, posting in The Birthday Thread, or any other idea you may have.

It's important to lead by example, so it's only reasonable to sign up for this.

I would like to ask here, for public edification, who all we want to make sure we recognize. There are a lot of members on the forum, and not all of them are active. Should we recognize them anyway, or focus on members who have poked their heads in in the last couple of years?

Probably active members so we know they'll see it.
