Episode summary
The search for Penny continues as Wooton and his friends put the pieces together.
My thoughts
Wow, what a fun story! I need to listen to it again shortly. My first theory was correct: he saw something he shouldn't. This story finishes the first half. Wooton and Penny somehow got involved with some high-stakes thieves and Penny was able to evade the bad guys for quite a while with Wooton absent.

We are starting to see Penny, and Wooton, act more responsibly! And I like how Connie, Whit, and Jason race to help their friends.
