Eugene, I think you're right about that record - you narrowly beat out GIA99 for that title. Perhaps you'll give up that record after this season!

Monty/MinatoArisato, just to confirm, you are the Monty_Whittaker that has played the last 3 seasons, not the Monty who played in 2012, right?

We will for sure have a league of at least 8 teams. My roommate (Presler, who played last year) says he is willing to play but only has a "backup"; i.e. only if we need him to make 8 teams. He had a good enough time playing last year but didn't have a clue what he was doing and took 8th place haha. So, if any other players want to join, you have between now and draft day to join us and release Presler of his misery.

Since this decade has brought video discussions to the forefront, would anyone be interested in joining a video call (e.g. on Zoom) during the draft? People could choose to be on video, audio only, or turn both of those things off and use the chat only. Just an idea to spice things up..

I hate losing with a bench that outscored my starting lineup.

It shows me that the problem isn't the players, it's the manager, and that manager is me haha.

Week 1: I start the season with a loss, but it's not one I can be upset about. I had a fantastic week, Presler just had an even better one. I've said before if I have to lose that's how I want it to happen: no what-ifs or regrets, I made the right lineup choices; nothing I could have done better it just is what it is.

Yeah, you still had a strong week. Everyone had a pretty strong week, except for Almanzo. (Laura, please mention that I am here smack talking your husband.)
