ToOer MLB Teams Series 2021
Baseball returns this week, and with it one of my favorite things I look forward to each year: live viewing parties of ToOer team matchups!
With game scheduling returning to normal this year after last season's pandemic alterations limited team travel we have a big list of series to look forward to featuring many of our ToOer teams; I hope we'll be able to arrange live chats for a lot of them!
As usual our event schedule will be based on the list of games where my team (the Giants) face any of the other ToOer teams. If you're a baseball fan too and aren't on the list let me know who you root for and I'll add it!
The viewing parties take place in the #MLB channel in the Chatroom. They are good natured 'rivalry' events, all in fun. It really adds something extra to the games, having a fan rooting on each side. They are very fun for the people whose teams are playing, and it has seemed to be quite enjoyable also for those who don't have a personal interest in the game but just come to hang out because it's a ToO related event. Whichever group you're in you are invited to come by!
