Well it wasn't a bad gift. But I was saying howdy a lot to people and so my family got me a sign that said howdy and for me I'm not really a decorations person and I wanted something different. I'm pretty slow. We did a little Romans memorization recitation and I was supposed to do Romans 12 but I didn't memorize it fast enough to be part of the group. But I did finish eventually! It took me about 3 months.Kaida wrote:How long does it take you to memorize scripture? Are you good at memorizing it quickly and it's only trying to recall it much later that you're having trouble with?
I can relate though. And I know I should go back and review what I've memorized but don't often do that...
I'm kind of working on Psalm 119. I started an informal Bible memory club at church. But since COVID-19 I haven't seen mi amigos very much so I've lost quite a bit of motivation.Kaida wrote:Are you working on memorizing anything now?

A dragon is all I can think of. Although I know they did exist to some extent. So I don't know if that really counts as mythical.Kaida wrote:If you could have any mythical creature as a pet, what would it be?

Probably 26? The brain is fully matured at that point and the body has the most potential for strength. You would just grow in wisdom if your body stayed the same. However, if I had to relive a year over and over again with the same wisdom and same strength. I don't know. Maybe 40? I think at that point you have the most potential for creating new things you have more wisdom, but you still also have energy.KnittingFun14 wrote:If there's any age you wish you could stay at, what would it be and why?
So many ways. I've gotten to reconnect to old friends through theToO and other online forums/slack groups, I have more time to do Zoom calls and do a lot of healthy soul care. I've gotten to spend more time with my parents and siblings. I've gotten more sleep. I can work from home. I'm really grateful for the lockdown. Thanks for asking that!radgeek wrote:How have you been blessed during lock down?
