If that's not photoshopped, that is crazy. O_o
My results are much more humble:

I'm not a photoshopper, so it's real
But yeah, other people type way faster than I can. I know of a friend who types 150 wpm. I've always wanted to type that fast.

Second attempt. For someone who doesn't use the proper typing techniques...I'll take it.

It is interesting that my typing speed has increased without me trying that hard. I used to just barely be able to hit 40 wpm.

This was my first attempt. I should note that I just got on the computer after an hour long sleep and then lunch, so my excuse is I was out of practice.
And below is my second attempt right after finishing this post:
Thanks for sharing this, Y&M. I love it. The basic test that I did is kinda lame. It's just random words but I'll definitely explore the site and try to challenge myself.

Regular try (typing): 59 wpm.
Listening to music and typing: 82 wpm.
And that's why you listen to music during NaNoWriMo.
I remember SnC used to hit over 90 wpm. I wondered if she was completely human.
I'm catching up now.

Eh, I am not that good with real keyboards... I am much much faster on the iPhone.
Plus you are also testing my reading speed at the same time! I would be much better if I would just type whatever words I want...

It may have taken more than a few tries to get up there.
I also had dial-up for the great majority of my childhood and played typing games rather than spending hours trying to load internet games. All it takes is a few thousand rounds of Typer Shark and Tomb Typer!
And also trying to beat siblings' high scores.
Realistically, I think my average speed is more around 100-110 wpm. I took it again typing at a comfortable speed and got this:
