And your instructions would be helpful for a typical php bulletin board, but this board has a completely different system for administrators/moderators because of the subforum modification I installed. To create moderators is actually VERY different because of this.

Ah yes, I'd forgotten that this is a heavily-Modded board. Well those instrutions would work on an ordinary phpbb board..

Yes, I was. Now I'm working on the force again as a sort of "Police Detective/Advisor". I enjoyed moderating so much while chief of police, I applied for the job, and Catspaw and Bmuntz graciously accepted. Thanks so much, you two, for allowing me to once again be a part of the team.
