Question about The Ties that Bind...

So, the album is now on FAIO, and I would like to listen to it. However, I have not yet heard A Call to something More... Is it necessary to have heard A Call to Something More, before I listen to The Ties that Bind?
Thanks!

As long as you know the Call to Something More spoilers, no. But if you don't, well...

I have been avoiding any spoilers (by not going anywhere near the Whit's End forums) until I could get a chance to listen...

It's really nothing too heavy; the only spoilers you need to go in knowing are from "Life Expectancy".

Except, I would argue that the spoiler in Life Expectancy will be a pretty big shocker if you just hear about it in passing in the first episode of The Ties that Bind.

I'm not talking about whether or not the spoiler itself is huge; I'm talking about the fact that most of Album 57 has no bearing on Album 58, and the spoiler for 57 that is relevant isn't even that relevant to the plot of 58.

Other than the first few episodes involving the trunk, I believe.

Yes, you could listen to 58 without having heard 57. The trunk stuff will make perfect sense with one sentence from Connie in the first episode.

I would make the time to at least listen to Life Expectancy so you have a handle on the "new" character.
