I believe he is referring to everyone in general. Not any a specific person.

And I agree GIA99, we need to be careful when making hasty posts, because we could end up regretting it or hurting others.

I always click Preview before I click Sumbit.

I always read through my posts about 5-7 times before I click submit

I read my posts through at least ten to twenty times, write no less than seven drafts, cross-reference my content with at least five other sources to verify its validity, and consult an English major graduate before I click submit.
