After two days of voting the cardinals elected Jorge Berglogio and he took the name Francis. Anyway just letting you all know that the Catholic Church has a pope again!

I am excited about his connection to the Eastern Catholics and I think the name choice of a more recent Saint was bold...

However I am concerned about his complicity with the dictatorships in Argentina.

I am hearing that as well, which is good to hear. I am excited that he met with Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople and Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, head of ecumenical relations for the Russian Orthodox Church and will be traveling to the Holy Land with Patriarch Bartholomew soon.

As long as the pope keeps to his own business it is fine with me which ever one is elected.

As long as the pope doesn't interfere in something I worry about I have no worries about him.

Well he likes to speak about helping the poor will that interfere with something you care about?
