I always fall asleep before I can turn off my MP4 player. So I set it to turn off after about 15 minutes.
I like "Bedtime Prayers" by Twila Paris, as TKD mentioned. I also like listening to the slower songs of GLAD, "The Highest Glory" and "A Capella Worship 2". "Let My Life Be a Light" is another favorite to fall asleep to.
