just wondering...
If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

So I usually glance at them, and then smile at the clever ones, or comment people if I like the quote, etc... but I was wondering if anyone else reads them?
I know, I know, random question, I might be up to late...

I read them.
In fact, I was wanting to ask what yours was inspired by.

Occasionally I glance at them and some of them hold true nuggets of truth and others are just random and funny or pointless.

Well, I read them more when the profiles were on the OTHER side of the screen. But, yes, I read them sometimes.

By the way, you can change your board style if you prefer one with the profiles on the opposite side.
It's an option on your user control panel.
Sometimes I read the statuses, not always. My eyes just don't go over there all that often.

I sometimes do.
Thanks for making this topic by the way, I realized my status had gotten outdated, I needed the reminder to change it! It said 4 weeks when there are only 3 weeks left until school is done!
And my favourite status of everybody who has posted here is Sapphire's because I like that song.

I probably read them 70% of the time. Sometimes I only read half of someone's status because I am uninterested in what it says.

Speaking of this topic, I just happened to read your status snubs and it is very good.
P.S. Besides Marv (and myself), why is this only a girl topic???

I never really read the "nugget of wisdom and truth and hope." However, I will read the humourous ones.

But how do you know if it's humourous until after you read it?

Because the humorous ones tend to be shorter (though, not your short status) and they simply look more appealing.
