That final song was SONGH from the old computer game Clockwerx. Nobody got that one, which doesn't surprise me. And now...
The Awards!
Our first place winner, with a score of 16, is bookworm! You win a brand-spanking-new $250!
In second place with a score of 11 is Christian A.! You win $100!
Third place, with a score of 8 is Graces4You! You get $50.
Tied for fourth are shadowdog and IDANCE4JESUS with scores of 7 each. You both get $25.
Fifth place goes to Monty with his score of 5, so he wins $15.
Sixth goes to American Eagle with 4 points, getting him $10.
Irwin wins seventh place with a score of 2, which means he gets $5.
Catspaw and Termite both got 1 point each, so the two of them get $2 each.
And last but not least, Steve gets $1 for his participation, even though he got zero points.
We had 11 contestants; 49 guesses, 38 of those were correct, and out of those 38, 24 were completely correct, while 14 were half correct.
Let's hear it for all who participated:
This was a fun contest to put on, and I had fun recording all of these, even though it took me two days to get good recordings of 25 songs. It actually took 92 tries to get good copies. Here's a little video I put together of 29 of the 67 failed attempts:
