Is Ska dead?
I don't seek out ska to listen to, but every now and again I hear Jamaican Ska, which sounds pretty neat. I do occasionally purposely listen to mento bands, which I think have a great sound and style.

Okay, I found another Ska song I like.
Oh yeah.
Oh yeah.
You call this JOY?!?...Amethystic wrote:Nup. The opening just didn't do it for me, and the brass instruments aren't my thing. The rest was meh.

I can't wait for the new album.
*cough* But anyways, I still don't like ska. The only ska song I kinda liked was Relient K's "Five Iron Frenzy is Either Dead or Dying - Ska Version". What a joyous message to spread to the masses.
Well yeah... but she said it was JOY that FIF is dead!! but oh well. I enjoyed the song.Steve wrote:But the song is wicked awesome. Both versions.
Actually, the song is talking about how AWESOME FiF was.
he/him | a little stinker.
And that their breaking up...Steve wrote:Actually, the song is talking about how AWESOME FiF was.

Just watch the videos posted in here and you'll get a general idea. I highly recommend the Weird Al song.
