I'm going skiing on Wednesday! It'll be at Boyne Highlands with so many awesome friends.

Photos... Have you ever been skiing? Are you planning on going this year?

I went skiing once. It was fun. Unfortunately my mom considers me a daredevil and wouldn't let me go more with my school, and then my daddy hates the cold so he won't take me ever.

I've been skiing once a few years ago - it was fun, but I preferred to stay on the bunny slope. I ventured out one time to the next-most-difficult, and there were so many other skiers WOOOSHING right by me. 'Twasn't enjoyable. So back to the bunny hill for me!

We went that one time because a friend had free tickets, and we only had to rent equipment. It's pretty expensive if you have to buy everything and don't have a friend to mooch off of.

I've been wanting to go skiing for years. But alas, I still have not been able to go. I've had opportunities, but I also have parents who worry far more than they should. But one day, I will go skiing.

Anyway, have fun, AE! Don't break a leg or anything like that.

I've been skiing once or twice in my life. I didn't have very much fun. I was a kid, and didn't want to be there. Maybe I'll try it again someday

What is the difference between cross country and regular skiing?

Cross Country skiing is older so technically it is "regular skiing" Down hill skiing is downhill like you see in ski-cross. Cross Country skiing is what you see in biathlon (but there are also two types of cross country skiing and only one is used in biathlon.

WOAH...random...I was at Boyne on the 7th snowboarding. Got a concussion at the end of the day too! Did they tell you my tragic story? lol. It was still a blast.

I love skiing, I've been doing it for about 6 seasons. Not a pro, but not too shabby.

I converted to snowboarding this season though since I longboard and casterboard so I wanted to switch it up.

I usually ski at least once a year, not always ending in my favor. But I haven't broken anything yet, so I can't be all that horrible.
