:hilarious: This video made my day! It's funny for so many reasons;
  • He claims to have a master's degree in communication.
  • All he's running for is his party's nomination for county treasurer, like the most obscure little dinky office in some podunk county that doesn't matter.
  • When most people get so fired up, they sort of abandon what they had planned and just talk but, this guy's got his heart set on sticking to his script. So much so, that he screams one line, walking a few paces from the podium and then has to walk back to see what he's going to say next. He tries to use his eyes to maintain his rage through these awkward silences.
  • His voice cracks more than Justin Beiber on Helium.
  • Even after this rousing speech, he lost. :lol: Kind of makes you feel sorry for the guy; apparently, he really wanted to be the Republican nominee for County Treasurer.
Ya, this definitely is one of the greatest political speeches of all time. :yes: :rofl2:

LOL! He sounds like Bill Murray in What About Bob? :hilarious: Like you said, KBT, his pacing and then stopping to look at the script is hilarious! Every time he raises his voice, I laugh. Why in the world is he getting to mad? "I will not apologize for my tone tonight!" These is so many great quotes in this!

"DRASTIC MEASURES, YES!!! WHO SAID THAT?!"

"AND I'M GOING TO SAY THAT AGAIN SO THERE'S NO MISCOMMUNICATION TONIGHT! IF NOMINATED TONIGHT, I WIN!"

I watched this at the library on Saturday, which wasn't a good idea, since I was forced to stifle guffaws of amusement. :hilarious:
