Here's my mock cover for #53.



Summary:

"There's something strange going on in Odyssey. A character from the Parkers favorite movie shows up in their back yard! And it keeps mumbling something about green rings! Meanwhile things are heating up as the election for mayor fast approaches. But the race holds some very unlikely candidates including a powerful figure from the White House!

It's up to Whit, Connie, Eugene, and Wooton to figure out what's going on...That is until Whit disappears, Eugene is arrested, and Wooton is kidnapped by...Beth the Barbarian?!

Now Connie joins up with Bart Rathbone and Harlow Doyle to find her missing friends in a deadly race against time. With lessons in revenge, greed, and deception, this album is sure to be remembered for a long time."

Fantastic cover! I'm actually working on a playlist for the 'lost' 'Time for a Change' cover. Can't decide if it will be serious Odyssey retrospective, or a political satire. both could be fun. I can't wait for The Green Ring Conspiracy.

I want to see all of our wacky theories about what's going to happen so that I can laugh when they're proven wrong.

Mine's the one about Whit being the Green Lantern. Yuppers.

Jason returns with a powerful green ring he found in the desert. Blackgaard hears about it from his grave and uses a virus he put into the Inspiration Station to come back to life. Matthew Parker gets trapped in the machine with Blackgaard. Tom dies hard to save Matthew and therefore killing Blackgaard. Connie gets married to Matthew's older brother, Jay-Jay, who just returned from serving in Iraq. Just when you think all is finally going well, Nazis (including Hitler's son, Harlow) begin making their way to Odyssey...

What happens next? You decide.

I liked it up until Connie gets married. The first part is really good.
