I am selling a dollar. The way it goes is that you bid for the dollar. The top two bidders have to pay me the amount the bidded but only the top bidder gets the dollar. This will end a week from now.
Example:
Billy bids $0.58 while
Sue bids $0.60
If the auction ends then both Billy and Sue have to pay me but only Sue gets the dollar.
