Q: What are the maximum dimensions for the images?
A: For a signature, 400x100. For an avatar, 100x100.
Q: Do I have to make a signature and avatar set?
A: You may choose to do just a sig or avatar if you wish. Sets are obviously fine too.
Q: I don't know how to turn on a computer. Guess I don't have a chance in such a complicated contest, eh?
A: I pity you! But the cool thing about this is that it's SUPPOSED to look bad. You can make a talented sig that looks bad or a poorly-made sig that looks bad. It's bad either way, so you're fine, right? Right! Almost everyone has some sort of image-creating software, even if it's just MS Paint. Just open it up, think of some horrible sig image in your mind, then draw it with stick men. Use every cheap effect you can fit in, and you'll be good to go!
Q: How many submissions can I submit?
A: As many as you want! The more you send in, the more chance you have to win!
Q: Great! But... what exactly am I winning?
A: Seventy-five REAL ToO dollars! More importantly, you'll get into the winners bracket for the grand championship conclusion that will surely be great!
