Board Style (?)
Board Style (?)
Okay, I don't know if this has been done before... But hey...
I want to know which board style you use? Do you only use one in particular? or do you switch it up every now and again?
I always use Grayscale3.0, I think it looks the best.

at the moment am using the Blue ToO
I've always used Grayscale 3.0. It's the easiest on the eyes, at least for me.

newToO, because it looks like it used too (with a few changes, one of which could be fixed rather easily by someone [the lack of "Town of" above the header])

Wow, I never noticed that. Probably because I never log out. xD

I'm using the Christmas one. Chrimbo, is it?
I like it because of the snowflakes, not gonna lie. If there weren't little snow thingies floating through my window, I wouldn't be around.
Though an improvement on the theme would be to make them accumulate on the bottom of your window, and slowly grow. Every now and then, a big gust of wind could come, blow away the little bits of snow, and start all over again! That would be fantastic.

I think that would be fairly difficult to program.Oba-rai wrote:Though an improvement on the theme would be to make them accumulate on the bottom of your window, and slowly grow. I also don't like the extra bars at the top Just under the regular selection bar.

Grayscale 3.0. J-man did a fantastic job.

have you any idea how is it programmed now? I'm assuming it's probably DHTML/Javascript.31899 wrote:I think that would be fairly difficult to program.Oba-rai wrote:Though an improvement on the theme would be to make them accumulate on the bottom of your window, and slowly grow. I'm still using the Christmas style too.
And yay! I added it around Christmas Eve and never saw that anyone noticed. Fun, huh?

My default is newToO. But I like to make it interesting by switching to another style for a few days once in a while. All of the styles are great, but the newToO style is my personal favourite!
I can probably add that in sometime this week. As well as fix the links to the blogs. Who knows, I might even add a "log-out" button to the bottom of the page.DanP740 wrote:newToO, because it looks like it used too (with a few changes, one of which could be fixed rather easily by someone [the lack of "Town of" above the header])

I'm using Grayscale simply for the fact I don't want the avatars on the right side of my screen. And the color is cool, too.
Love you always, SnC

I agree with you, Laurie, Grayscale3.0 is the easiest to look at. I use it 1) because it looks the best, 2) I don't like the AIO art because it looks too little kiddish, and 3) the Grayscale3.0 doesn't have any AIO art on it!Laurie wrote:I've always used Grayscale 3.0. I'm using the odysseyian one. I think that's the red one that recently came out. I don't know why, but I thought that one looked the least boring. I had the chirmbo previously, with the snowflakes, but since it's no longer Christmas, I switched.
I'm using the purple one. It's my favourite. I don't like the odysseyian very much though....
