Yep.
The text is called a 'rank title' (my custom rank is 'Quiet Strength' currently) and a 'rankbar' is a 100x25 image some people have under their 'title.' If you scroll up a bit to Whitty and Anemone's posts you should see their rankbars above their avatar (some board styles display it below the avatar).
If you'd like to change your text or add an image just send the image or the text/title you want and Catspaw will change it for you. =]

Oh, anything really. Pink\gold is fine, but red\white is nice too. Any color scheme really is fine.
