Beyond that...well, I had enough problems remembering just my own family. It sounds really bad, but I honestly don't know if I could name all of my cousins. I could name all of my cousins on my dad's side without thinking twice...there are only 6 besides us and I see them pretty often because my dad is from this part of the country...my mom has a huge family, though, and everyone in her family has a huge family, most of them are still young kids...and they're all clear across the country from me and I don't see them all that often.
