I like country the best, but classical is a close second. I listen to classical when I study to make me smarter.
....Classical guys? Really?
I'm into alot of Alt. Rock and 60s Psychedelic Rock...and some old school hip-hop (not rap, hip-hop).

My friend told me classical makes you smarter so I decided that I'd listen to her and try it since she's super smart. That's the only reason I listen to classical though, but it's decent.Tyler wrote:....Classical guys? Really?

Eh. Underoath is heavy metal. Stryper is not.
So heavy metal for me, with some good hard rock mixed in.
Love you always, SnC

Yes, and I listen to rock almost exclusively and I've always been academically gifted.Anna><> wrote:My friend told me classical makes you smarter so I decided that I'd listen to her and try it since she's super smart. @Termite: Stryper is heavy metal, just older heavy metal. (remember, the Beatles were a rock group back when they were making music..)
...I hate marquees.
There's no evidence at all that classical makes people smarter. I don't even see how your musical preferences could influence your intellectual abilites.
Regardless, my favourite type of music is classical.

So you lost your trust,
And you never should have.
No, you never should have.
But don't break your back
If you ever see this,
But don't answer that.

*coughs* Yes, I know they were considered heavy metal. Now? Nope. Seventh Seal, "Head", Underoath, Becoming the Archetype, Haste the Day, yes. Though I don't really like Haste the Day....
I guess I should say tha ti like some of Hawk Nelson. And a couple of other bands that are simply alternative. But those are few and far between.

Fine. My favorite is "Glam Metal", if you want to get technical.Termite wrote:GAH! That's the fifth time I've nearly clicked "edit"!DanP740 wrote:Yeah. (If I don't list it, I can add it in later)

What's the difference between Rock and Heavy Metal?
Look it up. Listen to songs from the different genres. You'll see. (or hear)

Actually I don't, that's the way address people when I don't feel like quoting the actual post.Termite wrote:lol.. You use Twitter, don't you? =PJ-man wrote:@Termite: Stryper is heavy metal, just older heavy metal. (remember, the Beatles were a rock group back when they were making music..)

I voted for Rock, but I love Classical too... especially soundtracks.
Smart thinking.Pseudonym wrote:Regardless, my favourite type of music is classical.
