How many times have you moved in life thus far!?

As in to another home.

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

How many times have you moved in life thus far!?

Post by The Top Crusader »

Topic of random curiosity...

I moved from my first home when I was like one, to the home I grew up in! \:D/

Then I lived at the same place for 20+ years... until I moved in with a friend of mine, which was pretty fun. \:D/ It was in a small town like 20-30 minutes away which was pretty cool because I was tired of living in a weird city. \:D/

But then he got married and so I moved back for a while until I got married a few months later, and we moved to our first apartment! \:D/

Then as soon as our year lease was up we moved again to our current residence, which is bigger and nicer than the last. \:D/

yay!

Zero! I love my house, community, and especially my next- door neighbors! I would never want to move!

Well, let's see. If you don't count college, I've moved four times in my life.

If you do count college, I've moved fourteen times.

Four times, the first two of which involved moving to a completely different province. \:D/

Ditto except change the 1 to 2. Now I'm living in a dorm with a roommate, but I'm not counting this as a move. It's temporary/not my true home. :noway:

Well I moved like a bagillion times in Argentina when I was under two years old, and then to my uncle and aunt's house, and then to an acreage, and then to a 100 year old house and then to a duplex and then to the house I live in now.

Actually, that wasn't counting roommates; I was just counting the number of times I moved back and forth every fall and every summer during my four and a half year college career.

Now, if I was counting how many times I changed roommates, the number would be an even fifteen.
