Pandora Radio

Here's the place for discussing music, plays, YouTube videos, and any other media that doesn't quite fit in the other sections of Harlequin Theatre.

Pandora Radio

This is the place where you list the stations that you have created for Pandora, if you don't know what it is, it's a website that allows you to play music that is similliar to an artist or song that you like, try for yourself: http://pandora.com/

I have created:

Idina Menzel radio

Coldplay radio

Eric Johnson radio

Wicked (original Broadway cast recording) radio

Bon Jovi radio

Evanescence radio (my personal favorite)

The Doctor: Malfunctioning? [pause] Malfunctioning? MALFUNCTIONING!?

I'm a Pandora fan. I like the fact that you can tailor the station to your likes by thumbing up, thumbing down, putting the song on a "do not play" list for a month (good for songs that are great but just overplayed at the moment, like Casting Crowns songs!), and skipping. It also helps if you are on a computer that doesn't have your music ripped to it.

Mark Schultz Radio
FFH Radio
TobyMac Radio - edgier tunes with a lot of hip-hop-sounding stuff thumbed down

Yes Pandora is amazing and free. It is a great way to listen to all your favorite artists for free.

Another good thing about Pandora: It's an avenue to be exposed to new music.

One thing I would change: Once a song is thumbed up or down, allow users to un-thumb it, making it as if the song were never rated. I might thumb up a song, get slightly sick of it, and want it to show up at a normal rate again.

I have two stations, although I renamed both of them, because I didn't want any about a specific artist/song.

I have:

Christian Rock Radio (all my favorite Christian music)
Random Music Radio (all other non-Christian music)
