Father's Day
What did you all do for Father's Day? Did you give your dad gifts or share special memories with him?
I think my father is a great dad, a wonderful spiritual leader, and an excellent teacher. He and I have shared many experiences together and have become very close.
So tell us about your dad, and what you think is most special about him.

Nope. Nothing special. My friends birthday and my church's new gym's groundbreaking ceremony was that day.

My dad really, really loves chocolate, so for Father's day my siblings and I got him five big bars of chocolate, and lots of little bars of chocolate, and glued letters onto the little chocolate bars, which we glued to the big chocolate bars, to spell a message. That sounds pretty complicated, so I'll just post the picture he took of it.
It says "The best Daddy in the World", some of the letters don't show up that well.

I love Milka chocolate! (Almost as much as Kinder Eggs!) Heh.Evil Chick wrote:Thanks for the compliments, guys! It was a lot of fun making it.
Well...I wasn't with my father dearest on Father's Day. So I sent him a package to the place where he was staying. It had a bunch of super random things...like Tabasco sauce, Magic expanding washcloths, fortune cookies for golfers (all the proverbs had to do with golf...whatever.) and lip gloss cell phones. It was great. And I made him a card too. w00t!
Aaaah! Don't do this to me. I don't have access to any more of that stuff until school starts for my sister again. They are both soooo good. The cravings are beginning. I want my little toy!Frank wrote:I love Milka chocolate! (Almost as much as Kinder Eggs!) Heh.Evil Chick wrote:Thanks for the compliments, guys! It was a lot of fun making it.

My sister and I gave dad a cool flashlight. Not an ordinary one, a cool flashlight! It can shine regular or red light, and it can swivel around! It can also do tricks! It can sit, stay, and play dead! I still can't get it to come though...
