...but yay, they are finally after... what, 10 years since the last game...? ...making Mega Man 9 for WiiWare! \:D/ So now we may all rejoice in receiving another 8bit game! \:D/

I could be nice and post links about it or something but HA I refuse! :x

But they are forsaking the newer graphics of 7, 8 and MM&B and making it with NES-era graphics, which I think is cool because I am old and retro! \:D/

You know, when I saw this thread I said to myself "I bet Top posted this" before I even looked at the right side of the computer screen to see if I was right, hehe.

I'm with you on that Top, NES graphics are cooler because retro stuff is cool. It's that simple. :yes:

As a huge MegaMan fan, I have to say that I'm completely ecstatic about this news.

NES graphics? Excellent!
Lack of Megabuster charging and lack of sliding ability? Ehh, I'm okay with that.
Difficulty that rivals the first two games? Woohoo!
Chiptune sound effects and background music? Cool!
Downloadable content in the works? Interesting.
All but one of the bosses end with "-Man"? YES!!

This is like a love letter to all of us who played the NES games. I will download this on the first day, no ifs, ands, or buts about it. <3

And hey... I liked X, Zero, Battle Network, ZX, Power Battles, and Star Force... D:

I like X and Zero... the Battlenetwork stuff isn't altogether a bad thing, but its quite a departure from the style of game as the others. :boohoo:
