Catspaw said that the results would be released some time tomorow, but I don't understand why they wouldn't be visible at 10:03 tonight like the poll says.

The poll results will be visible when the poll ends, as the poll says. It depends upon which time zone you live in. For me, I cannot see the results until 12:03 am tomorrow morning (June 2nd)

. Thus, for some people they will view the results tomorrow, and for others they will view the results 'tonight'.

The time that the poll expires depends on what time zone you're in, but traditionally the poll thread is removed right before it expires and I'll put the results into an announcement thread and reveal the winners a few minutes afterwards.
