Water

How much water do you drink daily? I'm TRYING to drink 64 oz, but It's not working. I think the most I've ever drank is 24 oz. No, I take that back, I drank a gallon once, that It is before I read that water, if you drink to much of it, can turn your brain into a sponge..... Sorry. off topic. back on topic. how much water do you drink?

Usually one small cup every day. I am trying to drink water instead of soft drinks, but so far I just give up drinking both water and soft drinks. I'm still trying though.

Oh wow, I wouldn't be surprised if I drank about a gallon a day. Just thinking about water is making me thirsty...

I had to give up all soda last year, though, so I don't really have a choice. Man, those doctors just take your blood and scare the living daylights out of you when they share the results with you. x_x

I drink lots of water! I don't know how much, but it's the main thing that I drink. Recently I've been drinking more juice, but I still drink plenty of water too! Fortunately for me, I like water and I don't care if it's room temperature, so it's an easy choice!

I make myself drink half a glass of water every time I go into the kitchen...with some exceptions of course.

Before I made this rule, I rarely ever drank water, so I suppose it is a good thing.

I drink a pretty good amount of water...probably not near as much as I should though. It's what I usually drink with my meals, and most days I carry a glass of water around the house with me.

But it helps that I have a water bottle in my bedroom.

I go back and forth between drinking a lot and basically not drinking any at all... so yay! $\:D/$ When I used to donate blood plasma regularly I pretty much had to drink a ton or that doesn't work too well.

I drink alot of water every day. I don't know how much, but it's alot. Water is my favorite drink, so it's generally the only thing I drink.

Your body needs 2/3 of your body weight in ounces of water. (confusing?)

For instance, if you weigh 120 lbs...1/3 of that is 40. Times that by 2, makes 80 oz of water that your body needs each day.

As such...I weigh around there, so I try to drink that much. Most of the time I only drink around 60 oz of water a day. $\:D/$

I don't drink nearly enough... Water or otherwise. I just don't drink a lot. Bad me. I try to drink at least two cups of water a day. I just don't get thirsty much, so I forget to drink...

Some days I go to bed and think "I don't think I've drunk anything at all today..." So, that's not cool. Then I usually get up and drink a glass of water. But, I really need to work on this drinking thing.

I drink a lot. OF course, I'm involved in a lot of activites, so I end up drinking a ton. heh.
