Books you are waiting for

Books you are waiting for

Post by Arla »

There are few things more annoying then to wait for the next book in a series. You never no when the author will get done. It's stressful. So what books are you waiting for?
Just smell those burning leaves, the warm baked bread, and the hot apple cider. Ahhh.

I have LOTS of books that I am waiting for, but the list would take up too much room here. I have a notebook that I carry with me that has almost seven pages filled with the titles of books that I am waiting for and it gets longer constantly because I am always adding to it. The one that I am most eager to get is Harry Potter 7 as I am anxious to see how everything turns out.

The last book in the Firstborn Series by Karen Kingsbury: Forever (and the first one in the Sunrise series).
I have the last Left Behind book: Kingdom Come, but my dad's reading it first.

I think that's it for now, though...

Just one, that I can think of. The third book in the Eragon series. Oh, and the latest Redwall book, Eualia.

The next in the King Raven Trilogy; by Stephen R. Lawhead.
The third in the Inheritance Trilogy; by Christopher Paolini.
The next Redwal book; by Brian Jacques.

And I'm waiting to read many more, I just don't have time to read them yet. :P

At the risk of being repetitive, Harry Potter.

I'm also looking forward to the release of the next Holmes novel by L.R. King as well as a number of lesser-known non-fiction titles not worth mentioning here.

Well, Harry Potter obviously, but that comes out in two weeks

I'm also awaiting the third Inheritance book and wondering if Paolini has forgotten about his little trilogy.

I actually haven't read the most recent Redwall book, but my little brother has. Is the upcoming Redwall book called "Eualia"? This seems like a rather strange title considering its resemblance to the Salamandastron battlecry "Eulalia."

As for the Cornelia Funke trilogy, I have yet to read the second book Inkspell. I am waiting for a copy to become available at the library, but as it's summer, I may have a long time to wait.

HP 7, of course(but can't read it till my sister finishes it, and she won't get it till her b-day, the 31st of July.)
Prairie River 5, if there is one, but you can't just leave me hanging!
And a Max Lucado book my parents said they would get me for my b-day, in three months! Oh the agony(not)

Not to mention the fleeting nod to the inside joke often passed around in many a Jeeves and Wooster episode. As to your question, I couldn't tell you the answer, as I haven't read a book from the Redwall series in years.
