Bikes

Do you ride?

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

Bikes

Post by Shad Lexer »

Since there are car related threads, and most of us can't drive.....Do you ride a bike everyday?

Talk.

I have a Giant Mountain Bike which I usually ride almost every day. Bikes rock.

I'm known for doing crazy things with my bike...like going down a long flight of stairs.

I ride my great-grandfather's bike that he used to carry papers and groceries in when he was a youth. It's got lots of baskets and rattles around a whole lot...I love it.

I love biking! I bike to and from work, unless it's too rainy or windy. I have a Gary Fisher hybrid. With toe clips! Toe clips are my favorite bike accessory.

Frank, your bike sounds cool :)

I have a bike but haven't ridden any since we moved to mountain country 4 years ago...our subdivision has steep hills and my non-mountain bike cannot take it. Where we lived before was perfect for bike riding - a circular subdivision we would ride around in plus lots of shady back roads. Then sometimes we would go to the Colonial Parkway...that was nice.

I MISS BIKE RIDING!!!!!!! :mecry: :mecry:

I don't ride everyday, but I do enjoy riding. But, at the moment, my bike has a flat. :anxious:

I sometimes do... but not every day.

We live in a town, so it's fun to ride to friends houses and stuff. :)

I rarely ride, but I do enjoy it. Jumps are very fun "You got like 3 feet of air that time."

I used to ride alot......now I don't. However, a new friend just showed me all the awesome bike trails this town has yesterday, so now I am determined to get my wheel put back on my bike and start again.

I am terrified of riding my bike in the city though......I hate intersections and busy roads....adn I would have to ride them to get to the trails...so maybe I can put the bike in my car somehow....

I have a hand-me-down bike (after I outgrew my other one). I've used it on occasion but a new one would really be nice. If any of you needed Christmas suggestions for me there it is. O:)
I don't bike often but I love it! \:D/
