The 1st post explains it but I'll tell you here anyway.

This game goes in rounds. Each round has a max and min of 6 players. All you have to do is sign up each round. Once 6 players sign up, I'll roll a die for each player and the player with the highest roll gets the $10. If there's a tie, I'll re-roll for the players with the tie only. You can't sign up for a round if you have won the previous round, you'll have to wait for the next. That's pretty much it I think.
