Marvel VS. Capcom. Totally lame at it, but I love my MegaMan and Chun-Li combo. Need to get ready for some Street Fighter IV action...

Excellent! I so want to play that with today's video game controllers. That N64 setup is tough to figure out for me, now. :P

Meaning that I'm lame at it, not that the game itself is lame. The game is awesome, it's just my incompetence at it that drives me nuts.

Ah, okay. I won't have to track your IP and hunt you down, then. :-

You mention the Chun Li/Mega Man combo... Chun Li has always been my best in the SF series, and while its hard to compare MvC to a regular Megaman game, I love all the classic ones... so that was my first team, but, wow... for some reason I can't use them well at all in that game. :(

I played Goldeneye for PS2 on Saturday. I just got killed a bunch of times until I told the boys they'd have to pick a new game if they wanted me to play.

Good to know. o_o

Yeah, I was a Chun-Li and Guile fan back in my SF2 days, too. It's funny, though, that while I like 2-D fighting games, I'm absolutely terrible at all of them. You'd probably massacre me. xD

And yes, I love the classic MegaMan games, as well. :3

I started Playing Knights of the Old Republic last night. It's cool but I dunno, I am having a hard time getting into it, I don't really like the battle system. And I can't get medipacs to show up on the little bar in the bottom left of the screen, I have to keep going to the main menu to use them, and I'm not sure why... they were there at first then disappeared.

Very cool. I still have a box or two but sadly I didn't think of saving things like that in my olden days of video game purchasing... plus I got a few of them used so they just came with the black sleeve thing.

*waits for another "classic" Mega Man game* :noway:

FFIII DS. The problem is that I keep thinking the job system operates like the one in FFV's translation patch, and it very much doesn't...
Admittedly, I'm still on the Dragon Mountain segment, which isn't very far in.

I've been totally Pokemon'ing it up, lately. I've been sinking most of my gaming time into Pokemon Pearl, beating the Elite Four and catching as many previous generation Pokemon in order to fill my National Dex. I also recently purchased Pokemon LeafGreen again, just so I can catch my old critters and relive the original adventure again. And I'm also thinking of purchasing Pokemon Puzzle League and Pokemon Ranch on the Wii's Virtual Console and WiiWare, respectively. And Pokemon Emerald is looking mighty tempting to purchase on the GBA, again...

I believe this qualifies as being a PokeManiac, no?
