I think someone for new years day just hit some "All Topics $3" button, then today hit a "All Topics $1" button, and then specially set HH to $0.

Wrong

And the explanation is that, for New Years, JPM, switched the money from $1 per post to $3 per post. What they didn't realize was that they had turned on that $3 in Hillingdale(and subforums) as well. Last night, the money was switched back to $1 per post, and Hillingdale still gave money for posting. I assume JPM didn't know how to change it back to $0 per post. The reason why we no longer get money is because Catspaw switched it back to $0 per post
