Usually I just click on it and copy what the address is in the properties box.

Ideally, it'd be best if you could save the photo and then upload it to the ToO server. Why? Because it appears the URL uploading function currently does not work. I uploaded the avatar to two different locations and tried using it as my avatar . . . to no avail. I'll ask Shadowpaw about it.
