AE, Connie I&II is a very good episode!! It deals with some tough issues, and tells the story of how Connie became a Christian! It's better than a few episodes up there...definitely deserves a top spot. Why are you trying to kill it?

To get this game moving. ;) It is a good episode, but I don't think it is the best in its bracket. In my opinion, the point of this game is to see your favorite episode win - and destroy all others in its path. I don't see the point in trying to save an episode unless you truly want that episode to win - it just delays the game. I don't dislike Connie, but it is closest to elimination, so...

But why do you want Exit to win? While it is a good listen, Exit isn't better than Connie...I think there area number of good eps that I all want to win...but I'd like to see the better ones outlast the lesser ones...

Exit > Connie

Exit is possibly the most exciting episode in the history of Odyssey. It includes Jason and Bourland at their best, Mr. Charles kidnapping Connie while Whit, Mitch and Nick come to her rescue, Tom saving the world, etc. It also concluded Novacom... ;)

If you think "Connie" is better than that, fine. I simply disagree. I guess differing opinions are what makes this game fun. \:D/

I thought it was interesting...but Connie's kidnapping seemed a little overdramatic in places. And since Novacom isn't my favorite suspense series, the end maybe wasn't as exciting to me as it may have been to you. I LOVED Tom saving the world...but overall it didn't have a lot of new ideas or themes or great meaning...and while exciting, I wasn't on the edge of my seat...

Indeedy...makes it fun...and annoying that others don't come to the same genius conclusions that I do!! :shock:

I wouldn't say "Exit" is really that exciting because you know it's a foregone conclusion that Novacom is *not* going to take over the world. The only question is how they're going to fail.

Whereas with another episode, like, say, "Life In The Third Person", for instance, it's possible that it might *not* have a happy ending. Maybe Mandy's parents won't ever get back together. Without hearing the episode, you can take an educated guess that they will, but there's no telling.
