oh i think my brothers best friend moved there! but that was like forever ago. i am from seward, which is about 30 minutes from lincoln. what is the population of norfolk? seward is about 6,000. i now live in a town smaller than lincoln, but its like 125,000 and its ginormous for me! i miss little bitty towns. its sad, people think where i live now is small, but they haven't seen nothing yet. and its not like there aren't towns of like 350 and stuff.

Norfolk is 25,000 and I remember when I thought that was big.
Now I live in Chicago and no town in Nebraska compares.

Yeah, I've heard of Seward. I don't know anything about it, but I've heard of it. My dad would know where it is--he's a truck driver and has the geography of Nebraska and surrounding states memorized.
I didn't think I would like a big city, either until I moved to Chicago. Yeah, the prices are higher, but there are so many opportunities! From my home, I can walk to 3 grocery stores, 2 coffee shops, 2 ice cream shops, 2 drugstores, 3 convenience stores, and countless other stores. I am two blocks away from Wrigley field on one side and two blocks from Lake Michigan on the other. I can get on a bus right outside my door and travel to anywhere in the city.
Then I went to a small town in Michigan for my Christmas internship and they didn't even have Target or Starbucks. I thought I would die!
I like small towns, but I love the big city.

heh, GA is a state not too high on my "want to go to" list. I got waylaid at the Atlanta airport because they had what was by Georgia standards a lot of snow.

Well in my opinion, it's better than getting blizzards in April.

The reason I wish to go is because of the people I know there..... I am trying to plan a trip there sometime. It looks like next year or the year after that.
