It was an a mystery type movie, with a pretty good plot. If anyone's interested in watching it, it's on Netflix Instant Stream
Is it good? I've seen it on netflix, but I haven't watched it yet. I'll check it out :)
The plot could have been better, but it was pretty decent for the most part. I think you'd like it.

She left many of us behind. She left us heartbroken. And though we cry now there'll come a time when we'll laugh. Because we'll see her again someday. We'll be with her in heaven. And when we go to heaven she'll be there to greet us. She'll be there to say "Welcome home." -From a poem that SnC wrote about her grandmother

I love that movie!

I saw Because of Winn-Dixie today. I had seen it once before. I maintain that the book is much better, but the movie isn't bad. They lose some of the heart of the story, though they keep most of the essentials, but what I dislike more is that they add in some silly stuff that doesn't serve to advance the plot, but just provides cheap laughs in a way that undercuts the wonderful story that should shine through more than it does. An eleven-year-old summed it up when he told me, "The book is nicer, but the movie is funnier." That pretty much covers it. ;)

That's a really great way to sum up that story! I agree.

The last movies I watched were Christmas With a Capital C and Christmas Lodge

"The Amazing Spiderman." I've said this before, but simply a great film. Great storytelling, great drama, great emotional value, great action, almost as good as the Avengers. A-.

This week I watched the Toy Story trilogy on blu-ray, courtesy of my wonderful brother's Christmas present to me. \:D/ We watched those over the last 3 days, and then today watched "A New Hope." \:D/ It had been too long for all of those movies - good times!

I watched Lincoln online last night! It was pretty good! I thought it was nice, but all of the political discussions went right over my head. :/

Vertigo. \:D/

The only moreso famous Hitchcock film I had never got around to seeing. I liked the twist but I thought the ending was just kind of... there.

Dark Knight Rises. The only other film in the Nolan trilogy I've seen is Batman Begins. I liked DKR much better.

Last tv show I saw was Lost. I'm working through the series. I'm at episode 8 right now.

The first Left Behind movie last night. The first one is my personal favorite although the Dramatic Audios are better than the movies since the DAs follow the books better than the movie does.
