Should I buy a Mac?

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

I got an MB950LL/A 21.5-Inch Desktop iMac! \:D/ It has 3.06GHz, 4GB of RAM, and 500GB hard drive.

I think the part I like best so far is the Magic Mouse. :) It is really easy to use, especially the nifty scroll feature where all I have to do is swipe my finger down the pad. No more annoying scroll wheel! \:D/

The one immediate dislike I have is the dumb positioning of the USB/Firewire/Ethernet ports on the back of the monitor. A little cumbersome to get to if I only have to plug in a jump drive or something.

Overall I like it.

Oh, KODY, my iMac was $200 cheaper then my previous Dell desktop PC. ;)

this is my sig, but it is not attached by default, because I think I am too good for a signature all the time, or something. (More likely something).

Then you paid a lot for that computer. I see why the apple is cheaper. But I think that the Cost/CPU power of the apple mite still be higher.

BOOOOOOO!!!!!! PC all the way! Mac will never be better than PC in my eyes. The only benefit of Mac is that it is more user friendly everything else Windows Trumps!
