Impressive editing for a Christian movie, though.

Since we don't watch movies, I probably won't get to see this. But I saw Flywheel, which was excellent. Am I correct in thinking that one of the guys in this played the main character in that? This does look like it would be really good.

I think it looks just as terrible as their last film. Most likely nearly identical as well.

Hey I was going to say that!
If it is as bad(or good) as Fireproof I'll laugh all the way through it. Why can't people make decent Christian movies?

lulz, no need to bash... these guys really know what they're doing, actually. ;) Visually, they're up to Hollywood's standards. Acting may have lacked in previous films, but for the most part, they know how to make movies and make them well. And obviously, they get better with each film.

Hurrah! A person who agrees with me that Flywheel was good. =D> Well, now I think it's kind of cheesy, but, the movies Sherwood makes are pretty good. Can't wait to see it! Probably will.

I mean, we aren't supposed to go to theaters. :anxious: That said, I have to wait until sometime next year to watch it. :( I can't wait, however! \:D/
You don't go to theatres? Neither do we (well we went to the iMax, but that's different.) :)

I looked for a topic like this but couldn't find one so I decided to start this. If there is another one just let me know and I will delete this. ;)

So are you going to see it? I am planning on seeing it this Friday, but honestly I'm a little nervous to see it. From what I have seen it looks like a repeat of all there other ones. I'm sure it has a wonderful message and there production quality is amazing, but their acting and script writing is frankly, bad. Any thoughts?

Discuss. :D

I definitely want to see this movie, predictable though it will be, along with not the greatest acting, but that's okay; they've come miles since their first movie and I think they're doing a good job.

I want to see it, but I'll probably wait a while. I think that while they don't have the best acting and script lines, they have come a long way, compare Flywheel to Fireproof, big difference. Actually, even in Flywheel itself, the acting improved from the beginning of the movie to the end, (or was I just desensitizing?? it's possible :) )

I'm going to try and go see it. Not sure if I'll make it but if I don't get to see it in the theaters I will definitely buy it on DVD.

I am currently working on the Wikipedia article. \:D/

My family and I will probably see it soon... sadly, we're too busy to go opening weekend. Hopefully soon.

Lol, I think it's desensitization...movies are typically not filmed in chronological order and they most likely filmed the later scenes right alongside the early scenes... \:D/

Dunno...Maybe I'll see it when it hits video, but not much motivation before then unless friends want to see it.

All my family went to see it this afternoon - it was great! I really enjoyed it and thought it was well done.

Actually, that movie featured an actual pregnant woman who got progressively more pregnant as the movie progressed. And then she had the baby at the end, so it was actually filmed in chronological order. :D

I saw the movie last night, and LOVED it. (That is, I saw Courageous, not Flywheel.)
