Ben Linus, I thought I was in third for a few seconds, before I realized that the list was alphabetical and that I was crazy if I actually thought I wasn't near the bottom of the list. ;) It's an easy error to make!
And I thought I was first. :(
I'm going to have to stop being lazy and walk on our treadmill more often.

So far this week -

Sunday (7/5) yielded 30 minutes of exercise (20 walking down a very steeeeeep hill in the dark, 10 doing nominal calisthenics).
Monday (7/6) yielded 35 minutes of DDR, and 10 of swimming (total 45 minutes).

(Last week, I met my goals of at least 30 minutes of DDR a day. The weekend was uber busy, sorry for not posting that. >_>)

I'll try to beat you! :D
I'll need to stop being lazy and watch movies while on the treadmill instead of sit in front of my laptop.

It takes a while to complete a full round of frisbee, especially if your aim is off - trust me. :anxious:

Although I'd hardly call it exercise. :noway:

Well I play to, and the longest its ever taken for 18 holes was 2 hours w/ 7 people. It's kind of like golf, if that's exercise. :anxious:

So what's the prize?
For me, walking 1 hr every day, except Sunday was 2 hrs. I bet I get some awesome points for labor, too, right?

Great job! My longest run was 29 miles (finished a marathon then ran a lady in for her last few).

Too bad a 100 miler would have taken you over 24 hrs.

July 7th: Walked for 45 minutes (didn't keep track of miles), stretched for 15

July 8th: Ran for 15 minutes, walked for 30 minutes, and stretched for 20

July 9th: Walked for 1 hour and stretched for 10 minutes

I am accomplishing my goal for walking, but am behind on the running and stretching part. I am going to do some more aerobic type things this evening. I will track down the minutes in a later post.
