Ben Linus, I thought I was in third for a few seconds, before I realized that the list was alphabetical and that I was crazy if I actually thought I wasn't near the bottom of the list. It's an easy error to make!
And I thought I was first.
I'm going to have to stop being lazy and walk on our treadmill more often.
Sunday (7/5) yielded 30 minutes of exercise (20 walking down a very steeeeeep hill in the dark, 10 doing nominal calisthenics).
Monday (7/6) yielded 35 minutes of DDR, and 10 of swimming (total 45 minutes).
(Last week, I met my goals of at least 30 minutes of DDR a day. The weekend was uber busy, sorry for not posting that. >_>)

July 6th - Swam for 1hr 15 min, coached for 1hr 45min, Ran for 10min
July 7th - Swam for 1hr, ran for 15 min, walked for 10min

I wish I had more free time like you have... I'm at drivers ed pretty much the whole day, so there's no exercise there...

Free time? Haha! This is my job... and swim team is basically my family's life during July.
July 8: swam for 45min, biked 15min, walked 20min... coached for 1 1/2hr.
July 7th: Walked for 45 minutes (didn't keep track of miles), stretched for 15
July 8th: Ran for 15 minutes, walked for 30 minutes, and stretched for 20
July 9th: Walked for 1 hour and stretched for 10 minutes
I am accomplishing my goal for walking, but am behind on the running and stretching part. I am going to do some more aerobic type things this evening. I will track down the minutes in a later post.
