Michael Landon is a VERY good actor! Have you ever seen "Highway to Heaven"? He plays an angel on it! \:D/
I like that show too!

Oh and Laurie, I knew he died, I just forgot when I said "Mike and Karen are great actors" I should have said "Mike and Karen were great actors" but Karen is not dead.

I know. I saw a dedication to him though. And his son (Michael Landon Jr.) now helps produce films I think. :anxious:
Michael Landon Jr. does produce and direct movies. He has done the movies based on Janette Oke's Love Comes Softly series that airs from time to time on the Hallmark Channel and he also did The Last Sin Eater which is based on the novel of the same name by Francine Rivers.

The Love Comes Softly movies and The Last Sin Eater are available on DVD. I have the Love Comes Softly movies, but not The Last Sin Eater which I hear is excellent.

Mike was a GREAT actor, my mom says he is a "hunk" and she loves his laugh.

You know what Karens favorite episode is? "Country Girls" From the first season. She said thats her fav because thats when Carolines character was established. (you know what i mean) And the episode "A Matter of Faith" from season 2 was written for her (she was the main character in that one) so she could show off her great acting ability. And she says she thinks that Mike was hoping she would win an emmy. (she didn't, I don't think, but if you have seen the episode, you will know that she can really act.) I'll tell more about that episode later.

BTW if you want to know something about an episode, I will do my best to help, I have seen almost all of them. :D

Me, me! *waves hand* I love Little House too! :) (Who would ever guess that...) I like both the books and the TV show, but the books are really a lot better. I've seen almost every episode of the show (we skipped a couple that weren't our favorite) and own seasons 8, 9, and the 3 TV movies. :)

That episode is "May we make them proud" Part 1 and 2 in season 6. The baby that was burned in the fire was Adam and Marys baby Adam Charles hollbrook Kendell Jr. and he was not the only one burned in the fire, Alice Garvey, who was getting the baby out of the house, was trapped and she died with the baby. When I watched that one I bawled through the whole thing. It was so sad. :(

And I think there was a Halloween episode where they thought someone was an ax-murderer... and for some reason I remember a werewolf, but I may just be remembering Highway to Heaven or one of Landon's films... :anxious:

Haha, yes, the werewolf episode was so funny. \:D/ Albert glued hair all over his face, put in fake fangs, and acted all crazy to try to scare off a bully. It was great!

The episode of the ax-murder is called "The Monster of Walnut Grove" in Season 3. The wearwolf episode (a very funny one I might add) is called "The Wearwolf of Walnut Grove" and is in season 6. :D

I just got seasons 1 and 2 from the library a week ago, even though I have already seen them, I like to watch them over again (and over and over..) My mom, dad and my lil brother (and my best friend) think I'm nuts to watch them over so many times like I do, but thats just me and they can just get over it! :D
