I cannot believe I got stopped by two trains in the space of an hour and at the same crossing each time. One going and one coming home. To make matters worse it was snowing and I was late. Then again I'm always late when I go out to Mark's office. It doesn't seem to matter what time I leave home. Maybe I would've been on time if I hadn't stopped to mail that letter? Oh well, Mark did not seem to notice so I guess it doesn't matter. The only bad thing is I will have to go back out to his office next week. Same old, same old. I'm tired and I really want to finish the book I'm reading; that I've been reading since 12/23/08. I'm not sure I'm gonna do it tonight.

I am sooo glad that the car started this morning, and even happier that I get my car back today so that I don't have to worry about that anymore! -25 is no match for my car.
That test was hard! I don't know why they make us know all the history behind the literature for literature class. Shouldn't we study the literature itself and not the author?

If you understand the author, you are more likely to have a better understanding of the literature. If you understand the history behind the literature, it will make that much more sense.

We are getting 4 to 8" of snow and Donna wants to go shopping tomorrow. I did not tell her about it. This is her idea so I'm just going to follow along. I wonder if Cary will tell her. I guess I'll find out tomorrow morning.

Oh dear God! Why did I just send that to her? What kind of friend am I to send someone a HORROR story I WROTE? I hate myself.. truly, utterably HATE myself... I'm soo bad... carp... oh well...
