Now you guys are making me want to eat some chocolate, but I really shouldn't. I spent the day with some friends and when we went out for supper, I had white chocolate raspberry cheesecake or something like that for dessert, and it was soooo good! $\:D/$ Most likely highly caloric, but it was worth it.

I must admit something, and then I will no doubt be a condemned traitor. (I love big words, don't you?)
I must admit that upon occasion, I do enjoy a bit of dark chocolate. But only a bit, and only upon occasion. Most generally my opinion of chocolate is that milk chocolate or white chocolate is, in fact, better.

That 99% dark is like for cooking... not usually just for eating. Although I would! Dark is my fav. And I'm weird (yes, in general, but about this too) as I would always prefer ice water than milk with my chocolate.

Water is better with chocolate anyways... it helps bring out the flavor. But not usually ice water. Try room temperature water.
