Didn't we have some fun, though? Remember when the platform was sliding into the fire pit and I said, 'goodbye.' And you were like, 'no, wait.' And then I was all, 'we pretended we were going to murder you.' That was great...

The Wizard of Oz.

Incidentally, I made the observation that the more I watch movies that I've known since I was little, the more I a) actually understand what's going on in them and b) realize how stupid the stories really are. The one part that really stuck out to me this time was when Dorothy first gets to Munchkin land and they're singing about her having killed the witch, the one munchkin sings, "And she's not only very dead, she's really most sincerely dead." How retarded is that?!?

I too was talked into watching it by a friend, indeed- 2 hours of my life are lost forever.

Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. We are watching it in class for Bible, and we started it today. Not that I haven't seen it a million times and own it, but hey, we have to watch a big hollywood video for Bible class this year. It jsut happens to be on the second week of school and a movie I've seen waaaaay too many times.

Are you complaining that you have to watch Narnia!
