No. Every time you change your name (or title) you pay the fee.
Hmm... looks like we couldn't keep this under wraps for long. Yes, it's true, Mr. Charles has escaped from prison! I've talked to Tasha, and she says the Agency is pursuing him for... reasons. I'm afraid that's all I can say.

True. I still can't imagine him as a bald dude.
Shadowpaw, I have attempted giving items away via the "Trade Items" page. I have tried giving an item to another user without asking for anything in return and it didn't execute properly. Then I tried offering the same item in exchange for $1 and it still didn't work. Any idea why?

It seems to be very buggy. I have disabled that feature until I can figure out why it does it . In the meantime, I've actived an alternative (which will suit your needs better) in which you can simply "Give" another user an item you own.

There are certain jobs, such as "Odyssey Times Reporter" which pay slightly better than the average salary because it's an actual job. Sort of how StupendousMan is a KYDS DJ. These jobs are approved by me ahead of time and then I set it up for the users.
Is it posible for ME to get a working job, where I do somthing??
I'm sure Shadowpaw will be creating more "working" jobs in the future. But in the meanwhile, you could always work for me at my DeWhite Marketing Services. I currently have one job position open.
